Terms of use
Effective November 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of Still, an iPhone app made by Imran Syed. By using Still you agree to them and to Apple's standard license agreement for apps (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies.
Your memories are yours
Everything you record in Still belongs to you. We do not receive it, and we claim no rights to it.
Only record people who are happy to be recorded, and share only what you have the right to share.
Still+
Still+ is an optional subscription that adds iCloud sync, the words on your videos, videos without the end card, Home Screen widgets and every past prompt.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Recording, listening, the written words, editing and Export everything are free, and stay free.
Keep a copy
Still is built to keep your memories safe, but no app is perfect. Use Export everything now and then to keep your own copy.
No warranty
Still is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost memories or for any indirect damages arising from your use of Still.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
